have with me and what's available! All have positive results on my hair.

Routine:

I try to wash my hair every one to two weeks. Since I don't use a large amount of product on my hair, I rarely ever have product build up. When I do wash my hair, I start off by parting 4 sections and securing them with butterfly clips. Once I get in the shower, I saturate my hair, making sure my whole head is wet. If I am using shampoo, I take each section and add product until each strand is saturated. Once I've shampooed my whole head and rinsed it out, I begin with my conditioner. I apply conditioner to my hair in sections once again, and I detangle using a wide-tooth comb first, and then my denman brush. I secure my hair once again and let the conditioner sit for about 3 minutes. Keeping my hair in sections, I wash out the conditioner, and then use my deep conditioner AND/OR deep treatment. This makes the application process quicker and easier. I usually leave the deep conditioner in for about half an hour to an hour depending on the state my hair was in before I washed it. After rinsing it out, I still keep my hair in sections, and apply a generous amount of my leave-in conditioner as well as my sealant for moisture and sealing purposes. Once the products has been applied, I divide each section into 4 sections, and do flat twists or braids. This speeds up the drying process and stretches my hair for future styling. Once I have finished this process, I tie on a satin bonnet and leave it on throughout the day if I'm not busy!

Flat Braids - I usually do this process closer to bed time, so I can go to sleep and let my hair stretch over night for styling the next day. *I DO NOT USE HEAT TO STRETCH MY HAIR*

To keep my hair moisturized, I use my spray bottle and sealant(s) and spray my hair once I've finished braiding it up. I also make sure I apply some kind of sealant or moisturizer (sugar berry pomade, shea butter etc.) on my ends to prevent any breakage or split ends. I use Jamaican Black Castor oil and apply to my ends before styling my hair.

This is my current regimen. products and methods may vary.
